Privacy Policy
A room photograph is a photograph of someone's home. This document explains exactly what happens to it.
This document is a starting template. Have counsel review it against your jurisdiction and actual data practices before publishing.
1. What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and — for paid plans — billing details handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
Room uploads: the photographs you submit, the results generated from them, and the style, budget and constraint choices you make.
Usage data: device type, app version, and coarse interaction events used to diagnose failures and prioritise work.
2. How we use it
To produce the results you asked for, to keep your workspace available across devices, and to match products from partner catalogues.
To operate the service: billing, fraud prevention, support, and security monitoring.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your uploads to train models shared with other customers.
3. Model training
Shared models are trained on licensed and self-produced imagery. Customer uploads are excluded by default.
If you opt in to contribute imagery, the choice is explicit, reversible, and scoped to the specific images you select.
Private models trained under a Custom Model Training engagement remain isolated to that customer’s tenant.
4. Retention and deletion
Uploads and results are kept while your account is active. Deleting a project removes them from your workspace immediately and from backups within 30 days.
Closing your account removes all personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
5. Sharing and processors
We use processors for hosting, storage, payments, error monitoring and email. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
Enterprise customers can pin processing to a specific region. Contact us for the current sub-processor list.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to specific processing.
