Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you use Aethera — written to be read, not skimmed past.
This document is a starting template. Have counsel review it against your jurisdiction and actual data practices before publishing.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Aethera app, Aethera Platform, the Aethera API and Aethera Commerce. By creating an account you accept them.
If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process them and deliver results back to you.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including consent from anyone whose property appears in it.
3. Generated results
Results generated on a paid plan may be used commercially, including in client presentations and listings, subject to the disclosure rules of the platform you publish on.
Free-plan results are for personal, non-commercial use.
Generated imagery depicts a proposal, not a guarantee. Verify dimensions, availability and pricing before purchasing or building.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to produce misleading property imagery, to impersonate a person or business, or to circumvent the disclosure rules of a listing platform.
Do not attempt to extract model weights, scrape the catalogue, or exceed documented rate limits.
5. Products and pricing
Product prices, availability and lead times come from partner marketplaces and can change without notice. We are not the seller of record for any item shown.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
